Redesign for a cloud service provider

Our task was to help a cloud service provider redesign its old website. After the work, the same web resource performs at a completely different level.

Step 1 — Audit and strategy

First we set out to understand the weak spots and the strengths of the existing website. An in-depth audit gave our specialists what they needed to propose a final strategic plan for the redesign.

Step 2 — The first transformations

The client asked for a catchier interface and new graphic elements to promote its cloud products to the right audience. Among the first visible changes:

  • UI/UX work — emphasis on action buttons, an animated background on the home page, new imagery and typography, and more intuitive navigation through menu updates
  • Web development — our engineers improved the technical foundation and fixed bugs that were slowing page loading
  • Content development — conversion-driven content and a new tone of voice to stand out in a highly competitive niche

Step 3 — Testing and monitoring

Finally we tested the updated website and measured the new user-experience parameters, then compared the figures again after a period in production. Every change proved positive: traffic and conversions both grew.

Average session duration grew by 41%. Bounce rate dropped 17 points. Demo sign-ups doubled after the redesign.

Results

Average session duration up 41%
Bounce rate reduced by 17%
Demo sign-ups doubled
Faster page loading after code-level fixes
A clearer, more conversion-driven content system

The UI/UX decisions implemented drove a steady, measurable improvement rather than a one-off spike.
